The AnDY Research Clinic's Professor Cathy Creswell spoke to BBC Radio 4's All in the Mind show about CN-supported research by Berkshire Healthcare and University of Reading into childhood anxiety, particularly what parents can do and if there are genetic components involved.
Her extensive, practical research looks at the development and maintenance of anxiety disorders in children and young people. It aims to improve access to evidence based interventions and improving treatment outcomes for this group. In the show, she talks about her experimental studies with parents and the way they act around their children.

All in the Mind also collated a list of tips on how parents can help reduce their child's anxiety, using Cathy's and other recent research.
